Which Nadi is flowing right now?

Swara Yoga — the “Science of Breath” documented in the Shiva Swarodaya — teaches that the dominant nostril at any moment reveals whether the Ida (lunar / parasympathetic), Pingala (solar / sympathetic) or rare Sushumna (central) nadi is active. Aligning your activity with the flowing swara can dramatically improve focus, digestion, sleep and creative output.

How to test: Close one nostril at a time with your finger and exhale gently. The one you can breathe more freely from is the dominant nostril right now. It naturally switches every 60–120 minutes.
